Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as is necessary to maintain our business relationship and fulfil any legal obligations. WhatsApp conversation records are retained in our CRM for a maximum of 3 years following the last interaction, after which they are permanently deleted unless required by applicable law.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised ElectroState personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Business Use Only

Automated Messaging

Initial enquiries received via WhatsApp may be handled by an AI-assisted system before being passed to our sales team. By messaging us, you consent to this automated initial response.

Pricing & Availability

All prices and availability information provided through our messaging service or website are indicative only. Final pricing and stock confirmation is subject to verification by our sales team at the time of order placement.

Limitation of Liability

ElectroState shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our communication channels or reliance on indicative pricing information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by ElectroState. Upon receiving a verified request, we will permanently delete your information from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
